Justin yours did look a tad over cooked, the secret with lamb is slightly undercooked. Ours were nice n juicy. Served with cucumber n mint rhaita.

When I do lamb chops of any kind ....I like to chop fresh rosemary,minced garlic,fresh cracked black pepper and good evoo.....mix it all together and rub it on the chops.....fire up the charcoal grill and grill them until an internal temp of 125-130.
