Ok, here it is for those of you that may want to give it a try.
A couple of things I did different was...
1 - added a second handful of crushed Gingersnap Cookies on top with a few more chunks of butter just before it went on the grill.
2 - I used LESS Apple Chunks for smoke this time. The first time was a bit too much imo.
I think just One fist sized chunk worked alot better but that may be just me ?
