Bought a pre-smoked ham. Too little time these days. Spatchcocked a turkey for the first time. Anxious about the results this year. Experiments are risky. 2 of my boys and families can't be here so we went light this year on meat.

I was going to smoke one in the egg, didn't fit, so thought about spatching on the stick burner and just flat didn't want to tend the fire today so shoving it in the oven soon using Gordon Ramseys butter method. For some reason just not feeling it today. I bet that was delish. :cheers:

It went awesome. That pic was 2 hours from completion. I was just sticking the ham on when I took it. Kids got here and never took the time to snap a completion pic.
