My obligatory turkey photo

Postby Txdragon » Wed Nov 22, 2017 9:02 am

I feel slightly obligated to post some turkey photos!! I compromised a bit; I only took 1 photo, but it contains 2 Turkeys!
These were smoked for a customer. I put them in the masterbuilt with some oak shavings.

That's a pair to draw to, as Guy Clark said.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Thanks all! They were a hit with the customers. I just finished our bird and I think there's a trick to Turkey for me that requires I get paid in order for it to turn out right. Lol! On mine, I'm not impressed. The ham I started back in October looks amazing though!
