I feel slightly obligated to post some turkey photos!! I compromised a bit; I only took 1 photo, but it contains 2 Turkeys!
These were smoked for a customer. I put them in the masterbuilt with some oak shavings.

Thanks all! They were a hit with the customers. I just finished our bird and I think there's a trick to Turkey for me that requires I get paid in order for it to turn out right. Lol! On mine, I'm not impressed. The ham I started back in October looks amazing though!
