Not at all. 3-2-1. Rubbed with Sucklebusters Pecan and glazed with Sucklebusters Peach. They came out perfect. Cooked for 3 hours at 225 high smoke, when wrapped I went to 250. When unwrapped I dropped back down to 225 High Smoke. :chef:

One more question: did you spritz at all during the cook :?:
