Leftovers

Postby Larry Wolfe » Thu Jan 10, 2008 6:30 pm

I had about 6 slices of London Broil leftover from last night and 1 leg quarter and 2 wings from the spatchcock chicken the night before. Wife is sick and my little one wanted Spaghetti O's, so I fixed subs for Lisa (my older daughter) and I.

I simmered the london broil and chicken in Pee Dee's Swamp Sauce and let it reduce. I was having the chicken so I added the leftover grilled onions from last night.

Then put that on top of a halved loaf of Italian bread and topped with 2 slices of provolone on each and under the broiler until the cheese melted. Great leftovers!! Mmmmmm

Fantastic eats... I wish I was as talented to treat "left-overs" as you are. I just do re-heats.
