I'm lmao at the ( dig ) regarding Emm's bleeding steak preference, lol...

I'm patiently waiting for the reply lolololol

Me too, I can see him sitting back like a cat sharpening his claws before attacking the keyboard. All in good fun, he knows he won't convert me, but I still have hopes of properly indoctrinating him. That sausage was really good WV.[/quote]Lol Outlaw,

Let me save you some effort here. I know Emm pretty well, and I'll put my $ on him staying put with ( doneness ) graph, lol !!

As for that sausage, I'm positive it was, it looked Awesome !!
Don't shoot me for saying this, but I'm betting the ( gravy ) used for biscuits and gravy would rock on top of that sausage chunks ?

Ok, I'll stop, but that only means I'll have to find another issue to needle him about.  Maybe forgetting to put cilantro in salsa? I guess that will have to work for the time being. :D :D :D

One time my youngest son and the rest of the deer camp were standing around my best friend's Deer Feeder that he had designed and had a Electrician Genius Friend build him a sunrise sunset spinner motor to broadcast the corn out so the deer could feed on it. OK, time for the madien test and my friend turns it on. The way too slow revolving of the broadcast plate dropped about 5 kernels of corn out onto the ground below. My son calmly said "well, Bob, at least your Corn Bill won't be too high this Season" - - - - at that moment my other friend and I had to go over behind his truck because we had to bite our tongues to keep from laughing hysterically.

End of Hi-Jack, Sorry Outlaw :whiteflag:

I love it. This is what makes this forum the best. Everyone, thanks for sharing.
I did take a bite of the other sausage. Both are exceptional, hard pressed to choose a favorite. Those are both our go to breakfast sausage brands for regular frying ( and sausage gravy too WV) which we have most weekends. This just adds an element to enjoy for other meals as well. I'm thinking a toasted roll, a few sausage slices, and some ranch chips crushed on top for lunch tomorrow.

Fat, thank you so much for sharing this with the forum. It's great, simple to do, and very forgiving. I don't see how anyone could go wrong with anything they chose to roll it in. Both of mine turned out great. Cant pick a winner, they are just different.
