just imagining what the "pot liquor" might be after chowing down, that China might deserve a good licking down before garbage time

Whilst Brisket is best when served immediately, my experience has been that pulled pork is better the next day, reheated in a crock pot. I liked it much better yesterday for lunch than I did for supper the night before.
