I sprits with half Worcester and water or half apple cider and water. It's does not do anything for flavor. I do it to help keep it from drying out or any ends from getting too crispy/burnt. I typically leave a brisket unwrapped for all or 90% of the cook, and never flip.

It sounds like your mop will do a little more to impart flavor.

Brisket. To mop or not to mop

I spritz but plenty of others mop. Never flip but I think that kind of depends on your cooker and your grate temps.

No mop or flip here. Spritz only if the bark is looking too

No mop, no spritz, no flip, no foil or paper. Not necessary from my experience if you are going low and slow at 225F for 16-18 hours.

I save the mop for the kitchen floor, so no mop here

I do hot and fast so I spray apple cider vinegar and apple juice mixed 50/50 every hour, but I don't open the lid until waiting three hours.
Dry rub is salt and pepper right before placing in cooker..

Never mopped before. I start spritzing around 5 hours in depending on how it's looking

No mop. No need. Unbleached butcher paper wrap.

No mop or spritz. Cap down and pan with foil cover when bark is set.
