On Tapatalk it'll give you a pop up option when you post pics. Choose medium. I have found if it doesn't give an option there is something wrong and an update usually comes out pretty soon.

I don't know how Tapatalk works. Does it even use image tags or just attachments? The code looks right. But maybe you need the code to be in a new paragraph?
