Looks good from here... sometimes just S is enough. And for a bit of spice, splashing "chile pepper water" will kick it up a notch! :wink:

Looks Great! Have seen on the Food network where at least one of the Mor Famous Texas Q joints seasons with S & P only....however, which one escapes me at the moment...

I think that may have been one of the 'Diners, Drive-in's, and Dives'. I remember seeing that one. One of my favorite shows.
