It does sound like lots a fun!!!!

I saw a steak cook off in Magnolia, Arkansas last night...the contest supplied the steaks....and some steaks looked good and some others did not ....some of the contestants were kinda complaining about the quality of the meat ( which the steaks they showed did look to not be evenly cut)...thats why I was asking>> :wink:

I watched that myself and thought that it sure was nice to have the meat supplied.

I'm sure those steaks were supplied because most of them were for the public. Only a few were actually used for the competition portion.

Some contests do include the meat in the entry fee.... but not many.
