It does sound like lots a fun!!!!
I saw a steak cook off in Magnolia, Arkansas last night...the contest supplied the steaks....and some steaks looked good and some others did not ....some of the contestants were kinda complaining about the quality of the meat ( which the steaks they showed did look to not be evenly cut)...thats why I was asking>>

Some contests do include the meat in the entry fee.... but not many.
