Ribs

Postby Larry Wolfe » Fri Dec 21, 2007 4:12 pm

I was home last Friday with my daughter cause she wasn't feeling well so I decided to cook some ribs. I got 2 racks of untrimmed spares and trimmed them St. Louis style, rubbed down with Wolfe Rub Original and smoked over Kingsford and hickory for 5 hours, then sauce during the last hour with Ole Rays Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce. My wife made a broccoli salad and baked beans! Pretty darn good meal if you ask me!!

Nice looking ribs Larry. Looks like you got hold of some big old thick meaty ones.
