Thanks for the welcome. It seemed that most everybody who sat at our table were impressed by the moisture content of the breast meat. Sorry about not providing pictures, but everything was so hectic trying to get all the food items cooked and on the table at the same time. When everybody was well fed and everything all cleaned up I had one heck of a time trying to stay awake during the Cowboys game. It was a great day.

Even though the skin was more crispy than last time, it isn't worth the extra drying time to me. Maybe even just paper towel dry, rubbed and on it will go.
Like my wife said...nobody eats the skin anyway and it will still look good.
BFD...I didn't have anything in the pan, but I think I put the lid on too early is why I didn't get any hotter. It was a cool day here.
