After my turkey disaster I had to do some make up smokin. Had a few racks of babies and a little loin. Much better than the bird. LOL

Well Rich, don't know what happen to your turkey.
But them suckers look great. Much better than the ham and turkey we had. Naw, the ham and turkey was OK but wasn't smoked. CF
