Decided to pick up some spares after getting my hair cut Saturday morning. The wife was gone to a chruch retreat so I thought I'd surprise her with dinner on her return and get in some practice for upcoming Easter BBQ for a house full of relatives. Dropped by local grocery store where our son-in-law is the meat dept. manager, found he was goofing off at home working on prepping the boat for Spring fishing. Picked up two racks anyway and headed home. Rubbed with Tasty Licks and threw them on the offset at 11:00 with half basket of KBB abd some mesquite logs. Checked on things at 1:00 and found I was already getting pullback, so I decided to try foiling for the first time. Wrapped each with half can of beef broth and left for two hours. Unwrapped and placed back on pit for an additional hour. When I picked them up the bones started falling out on the ends. Next time only one hour in foil.

Looking good .... If they taste how they look you'll be in good shape.
