Baby Backs and Tri Tip

If you like Wingstop wings, get some extra original hot on the side, and use it the last 30-45 mins on your ribs. You can see it on the rack on the left.

Outstanding!! I love the shrooms as well! How did you cook the sweet potato chips? I'd love to get my kids to eat them. I love sweet potatoes, but nobody else will eat them. :?

My wife thin sliced, soaked in water for 1 hr, then dried them and
Fried in canola oil, then salted when done.
She has us on a diet, so I don't get french fries right now

I can take or leave sweet potato, but these were really good, especially when you allow them to get crunchy.

Sounds good! I have a new electric skillet to try out, so that may be the first thing.
I love sweet potatoes, drizzled with butter and brown sugar and some cinnamon!!
