Roma's not a rookie any more.
It's a beautiful morning, Roma's heating up for her 2nd cook since the transformation. Chuck roast to start, too on some beef ribs in about 5 hours. Think I'll do some twice baked tators too. Found some small chicken breasts in the fridge...maybe do something with them also. I love the smell of burning mesquite in the morning, it smells like Q!
