Jimmy Dean Maple flavored Pork Sausage. :D Coated with a sweet rib rub and smoked about 2 hrs at 230*. :D :D

Bill, you just wrap sausage around a hardboiled egg. :D I try to keep the sausage about 1/4 inch thick all around the egg. :D :D I like to use small to med size eggs. :D Just be sure to make a bunch, they go quick. :D :D
