I tell you what, smoking a whole pork loin (not the tenderloin) is maybe the easiest and best tasting smoke. Pull it when the temperature gets to ~135 (I know people say to cook it to closer to 160, but don't listen to them), let it rest for about 30-45 minutes, and it is so tender and juicy that you won't believe it.
