Lamb Ribs

Postby daBertl » Sat Jan 23, 2021 5:12 am

Yesterday I used my new toy for preparing smoked lamb ribs. They were as tender as I had never before.

Lamb is one of those things Texas folks don’t do enough of. Ribs look great. Maybe I should sneak into the neighbors paster and procure a nice young one? Probably not one of my better ideas... :banghead:
