Looking for Inspiration

Postby Smoking Piney » Wed Feb 13, 2019 7:31 pm

I'm looking for a muse here. I've smoked my bucket list - ribs, briskets, turkey, chicken, pork butts, rib roasts, leg of lamb, moink balls, pig shots, ABTs....... and just about everything I can think to put in the smoke.

I need inspiration to venture into the undiscovered country. I need something new.........something to keep me on my toes.

Any suggestions?

I also have started one of those Lists and so far Burnt Ends, Alligator Tail, Smoked Cheese and Fish are the only things on it. :salut:
I'm sure that other things will be added if I keep looking at these posts by our Guru Members who are the best on the Globe. :chef:

How bout these two things.

Smoked Mac N Cheese with Lobster and for Desert try a Smoked Apple Crisp with Bourbon and Bacon.

I've done both years ago and they were a big hit.

Fatty, Bacon Bomb, Chubby whatever you know them as. Fillings are endless, not the mention pork, beef or chicken as the main protein.

Thanks for the suggestions, folks. I think I'm going to get into more creative sides. I really don't give sides the attention that my main meat gets. Time to change that. :D
