Looking for Inspiration
I'm looking for a muse here. I've smoked my bucket list - ribs, briskets, turkey, chicken, pork butts, rib roasts, leg of lamb, moink balls, pig shots, ABTs....... and just about everything I can think to put in the smoke.
I need inspiration to venture into the undiscovered country. I need something new.........something to keep me on my toes.
Any suggestions?

I also have started one of those Lists and so far Burnt Ends, Alligator Tail, Smoked Cheese and Fish are the only things on it.
I'm sure that other things will be added if I keep looking at these posts by our Guru Members who are the best on the Globe.

How bout these two things.
Smoked Mac N Cheese with Lobster and for Desert try a Smoked Apple Crisp with Bourbon and Bacon.
I've done both years ago and they were a big hit.

Fatty, Bacon Bomb, Chubby whatever you know them as. Fillings are endless, not the mention pork, beef or chicken as the main protein.

Re: Looking for Inspiration
Thanks for the suggestions, folks. I think I'm going to get into more creative sides. I really don't give sides the attention that my main meat gets. Time to change that.
