Had something interesting happen tonight, grilled some burgers and talapia filets at the same time. The burger smoke slash steam flavored the fish. That got me thinking. I have used hamburger grease from fryed hamburgers to cook things with. For example, in make my gravy with hb grease. I saute my veggies for Philly cheese steaks in it. And pan fried pork chops we with it. Any body else use it?
