Stumbled on this one by accident tonight.
2 8-oz packages cream cheese
~1/2 cup salsa, add to taste (I use "hot")
4 generous pinches SuckleBusters All Purpose Seasoning, again add to taste
I was making this queso for a party tonight, but was just using the cheese and salsa, which is how I'd always made it before. The wife said it needed something and I thought of the samples. A few generous pinches later and it passed the test with Karen, the kids, and the party folks. The rub added a great undertones of flavor, with a mild cumin and chili powder aftertaste. Great product, Gator.
