Yeah, that's the same thing we've always used too. This recipe just made me think "hrmmmm I wander..." I'm deffinately going to give it a try when i get chance.

I wouldn't attempt the recipe at my place this time of year. Don't think that peppers freezing overnight would bring much to the party.
