Peach Glaze

1 can sliced peaches in heavy syrup ( 15.5 oz )
1/2 cup Turbino sugar
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs lime juice
2 Tbs Jim's Grilling Pepper Spice Mix
1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 - Pour peaches with syrup into blender or food processor and blend til mix has a consistency of apple sauce.

2 - Pour peach mixture into a small pot with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil ( stirring often ) then reduce heat and simmer til it reduces to the thickness you want.

Here's the recipe for the Grilling mix

JIM'S GRILLING PEPPER SPICE MIX

1 Tbs salt
1 1/2 Tbs black pepper--course ground
2 1/4 tsp red pepper--ground
3/4 tsp white pepper
3/4 tsp chili powder
1 Tbs granulated garlic
1/2 Tbs onion powder
1/2 tsp all-spice

mix well
Jim

I think I see a possibility of that going on ribs. Definately gonna try a pork loin with that, soon.
