woo-hoo, i won first place in the bisbee az. farmers market salsa contest. that and 2 bucks will git ya a beer!
6 red bell peppers- roasted, skinned and gutted and pureed in blender
3 tomatoes- roasted, skinned, seeded and coarse chopped
about 1/2 sweet onion coarse chopped
1 jalapeno gutted and fine chopped
1 serrano fine chopped
and a little crushed chile pequin
