Don't know if I'll even have it in the house but I need a suggestion of what to marinade some boneless pork loin chops/steaks for frying in canola and butter for Lunch. Also what seasonings would Y'all suggest

Doesn't exist, does it I posted this kinda late and I'm fixing to fry them so I may just dust "well" with SB Hootchie Mama and the dredge in the flour and fry. Kinda unprepared going into this but I'd like to fix some with a Tropical Style ?pineapple/etc? sometime.

Yes indeed, and they were not bad but not the best. Wish I'd had time to do them on the Grill with something wet on top with maybe some pineapple sauce ???????????????
