Kalbi marinate. Simple.

Postby Copasspupil » Tue Jul 30, 2019 11:53 pm

This kalbi marinate is a 24 hour at the minimum. Great on flank steak chicken and pork.

1 cup of yoshitas
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed OJ
1 tablespoon of red pepper flake
1/4 cup of green onion
1 tablespoon of ginger

I take a section of raw ginger with the other ingredients and place everything in a vitamix to thoroughly mix it. If you need gluten free like my wife, see pic. It is very close.

Thanks the key is the length of time in the marinate for sure. I like it hotter so I generally put a heaping of red pepper flake in and depending on the OJ, you might add more.
