Finally got around to whooping up some more "Green Stuff" that Sooner turned us onto last year and the taste test made me anxious to fix some Tex-Mex so I can try it out.

Think I'll similate while watching TAMU and Clemson - - - on'a much smaller scale but I found out this batch really goes well with HEB's Queso Blanca and some one bite Tostita Chips. Grand Dog likes it also.
