Oup help please

Postby Russ » Sat Feb 10, 2018 7:56 pm

I tried looking at your last 9 pages to find that jelly you were trying, I made my mint jelly with 1/3 packet of jam set I showed you. It never set so I've just reheated and added the rest of the packet to try to set it. How did you get on with your jelly.? I must have missed the result.

Btw this stuff smells like heaven.

That stuff you showed is nearly identical to the one I used. It hasn't cooled so will know in an hour or so.

Gutted, it didn't set, I used the jam set , enough for 2.5 litres, it didn't work, I'm back to doing it again, but with gelatine this time. I'm not having a good run ATM. Fridge freezer came back 2 weeks ago and they have been back already as fridge wasn't cold, fixed it , now it's done the same again. Now my Bosch dishwasher has stopped as well. Someone doesn't like me,lol.
