Re: Mean GREEN SAUCE Machine
TWEEKIN AND HOPEFULLY LEARNIN - - - Since I had some Jalapenos that needed using, I decided to whoop up another Batch of Sooner Sauce today. However, this time I tweeked just a tad. I left the seeds in but I removed the stems before boiling. I also cut the oil down to 1/3 cup and added a heaping tblsp of Suckle Busters Jalapeno Jelly. After I use both batches then I'll know better what I might want to do next time.
This Stuff is so easy to make it's almost a crime.
Also dropped by Bed Bath and Beyond and picked up some "Appropriate Bottles" for this stuff. The one on the right is todays batch.

Re: Mean GREEN SAUCE Machine
Funny how things work sometimes but today I found another good use for this Great Green Sooner Sauce. Since today was intentionally a dull and boring non-cooking snacking kinda day AND since yesterday and tomorrow are were and are Mad Munching Days, I just opted for a quick sammich. While reaching for the Mayo I saw the bottle of Jalapeno Sauce so I just used it on my sammie instead of mayo or mustard - - - worked great and won't be the last time.
Thanks again Sooner Man
