BBQ Sauce shelf life after opening

Postby OldUsedParts » Tue Oct 24, 2017 6:00 pm

Saturday morning I'll be transporting two gallons of opened Suckle Busters BBQ Sauce to the Reunion. If I take them out of the Frig around 11am will they be OK at room temp until possibly 8 or 9 that night or do I need to set them in a cooler after we finish eating around 4pm  :?:

I leave mine on the counter all night sometimes after we eat (not on purpose) and put it in the fridge the next day for the next use. Never had a problem.

Whew and I didn’t even have to say that I’ve usually had too much beer to give a crap whether it’s left out or not…oh wait, I just said that :)

Thanks, I always figured it was fine to leave out. I know if they have vinegar in them they won't spoil.

We bought these two large Jugs in May and we are still using them with no problem. We do, however, keep them in the Frig between uses
