Re: Pork belly burnt ends
No but Meat Church has a great looking recipe on their website that I’ve been wanting to try.
The mini crap storm on social media between “Dr Smoke” or whatever his name is over then not being burnt ends has been comical.
I’d recommend that method on the site . You can either use the MC seasonings or Sucklebusters Hog Waller with the SB honey sauce. Either one would be killer.

Re: Pork belly burnt ends
I've done these twice so far.
Biggest suggestions I have are to cube ur pork belly up into 1-2" squares from the get go, then hit with your choice of rub.
Pecan from Sucklebusters would go great imho. I haven't used it yet , but I've used a home mixed rub the first two times.
I used Cherry wood, about 225 indirect for 2.5 hrs, then panned and added brown sugar, molasses and honey.
Mixed them up and drizzled melted butter over them.
Back on smoke another 2 hrs,but put aluminum foil on pan with holes poked all throughout.
Took them off around 200 degrees internal and then added BBQ sauce.
Put back on smoker for another 20 minutes uncovered and let sit 20 minutes before we pigged out..
Oh, btw, I'm thinking Peach BBQ sauce or Chipotle from Sucklebusters would go great in the end.
Good luck !!
Now u got me wanting some again...

Gave it a go. Going to have to make some temperature and cook time adjustments. Everyone liked them but I'm picky. Thought they were a little over done.
