BBQ seasoning help!

My uncle makes a darn good seasoning, but he wont tell me what ge puts in it or how much of each.

I know theres:

Onion powder
Garlic powder
Peprika
Black pepper
Cayan powder


What kind of stuff am i missing? List your opnions and im going to try to make some!

Depends on what you're cooking but mine always has Kosher Salt also

Lately I've been using Memphis rub on ribs and pork shoulders. I like the addition of brown sugar and a hint of rosemary.

I just use kosher salt, coarse black pepper and a tad of onion and garlic powder for my rubs
