Or erbs as you pronounce them, lol, we pronounce the h in the word, I don't know why you drop the h. ??
Seriously though, do you guys grow your own herbs, we are growing our own thyme, rosemary,2 types of parsley, mint, sage, basil, oregano and coriander aka cilantro.
I'll put some pics up as I get time to do it. I made 3 litres if mint sauce up yesterday from our mint bush. Great on lamb. I use basil and oregano for my Italian dishes. Coriander for my Indian dishes. Wife also grows chillies, lotsa chillies.
Or do you just buy from the supermarket.

Re: You guys grow your own herbs.
Yeah I grow or have grown all that you mention.
Now I look at the list again I have all of them except coriander but with 3 types of oregano. The mint I have is just small container grown as it can become a weed. After the freeze this week I'm guessing most of it is toast.

Lol, feel for ya, summer here so crops growing fast as, dried thyme and sage put away before next winter. Mint is big here because of lamb readily available.

I had a large bushy Rosemary at the corner of my Ranch in East Texas and my Grand daughter loved to shake it or brush by it for the aroma it gave off - - - can't believe it survived her fiddling with it all the time but it did.

I'm just about to cut up sage we have been drying for about 10 days. I use sage in stuffing I use for chicken or as a side for lamb. Sage and onion stuffing, you can't beat it. I think you guys use sausage meat for your stuffing, here we use herbs onions breadcrumbs and an egg or 2 to make it moist. We all love it here.

I'm psychologically incapable of walking past a rosemary bush without running my hand over it, then smelling my hand for the next few minutes.

I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list.

even another, Pard, and it's Texas Sage but I don't harvest it, I just propagate it, prune when necessary and view the pretty lavender colored flowers as I smell it's Hill Country fragrance

Growing herbs.....
We don't do a winter garden, but during the summer we have peppers, cilantro, parsley, tomatoes and basil.
