Atkinsons Milling

A buddy of mine from NC a few years back turned me on this mills breaders for fried chicken and seafood.

If you like Southern fried clucker their regular chicken breader cant be beat IMHO.

Their regular seafood breader is awesome and if you like a good kick in the ars...try their Cajun seafood breader. I use 2 parts of their regular seafood breader to 1 part Cajun breader for deep fried shrimp and fish. User warning on the Cajun....be careful when opening the bag ....one good sniff and yall know what I be talking about.
I order from them direct. They ship USPS . Super good products, cheap prices, great service and besides....they've been doing this for better than 200 years.

Wheat Flour, Salt, Pepper, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Spices, Nonfat Dry Milk, Pasteurized Dried Eggs, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron

the best laid plans of Meez and Manos oft go PSSSSSTTTT - - filled out my order and adding S&H and the "Dusting" came to $5 a pound - - - opted out BUT maybe I can find it locally, ya nebber know yanno ?

Well that's the skeets. :(
I found the more you order the less per pound for shipping.
My order last week came to a total of 14lbs, I order some for a friend also. Shipping and handling charges from coast to coast came to $8.85. My entire bill with shipping charges was $33.85, that dropped the breaders price per pound to $2.41.

Got a reply back from them and unfortunately they don't have any Distributors in Texas - - - so I guess it's Martha and S&P for me as far as Fried Chicken goes. :dont:
