A buddy of mine from NC a few years back turned me on this mills breaders for fried chicken and seafood.
http://atkinsonmilling.com/If you like Southern fried clucker their regular chicken breader cant be beat IMHO.
Their regular seafood breader is awesome and if you like a good kick in the ars...try their Cajun seafood breader. I use 2 parts of their regular seafood breader to 1 part Cajun breader for deep fried shrimp and fish. User warning on the Cajun....be careful when opening the bag ....one good sniff and yall know what I be talking about.
I order from them direct. They ship USPS . Super good products, cheap prices, great service and besides....they've been doing this for better than 200 years.

Well that's the skeets.
I found the more you order the less per pound for shipping.
My order last week came to a total of 14lbs, I order some for a friend also. Shipping and handling charges from coast to coast came to $8.85. My entire bill with shipping charges was $33.85, that dropped the breaders price per pound to $2.41.

Got a reply back from them and unfortunately they don't have any Distributors in Texas - - - so I guess it's Martha and S&P for me as far as Fried Chicken goes.
