Not bad. I'd want to simmer it a bit with those aromatics though.

We've canned at least 15 pints of tomato sauce, and 12 half pints of tomato paste. Lots of diced tomatoes as well.

I bottle about 20 litres of tomato sauce every year. Just made some strawberry jam yesterday from berries from our garden.
