Sucklebuster honey glaze

Postby Texan79423 » Thu Mar 31, 2016 6:17 am

I took a half cup sucklebuster honey glaze mixed in half cup Tabasco pepper jelly two table spoons of apple jelly. Glazed my ribs last night. Cooked on hickory at 250-275 they came out really shiny, great color, not too sweet with a mild back heat. The group really liked them. I think I had 3-4 crown and water in me and may never be able reproduce it again.
