you decide to double the recipe. After 4 ingredients you get to the following:

Two, make that four tablespoons of mustard powder, no problem
Two, make that four tablespoons of garlic powder, no problem.....

Oh no, those were supposed to be TEASPOONS!!!!! :violent: :violent: :violent:

Now I really have plenty brisket rub :happ:

Yep, it happens. Have had it several times. I have been known to chunk it and start over.

I have done the same thing!! I find that this usually occurs after having mixed myself with several 12 oz. containers of Coors…..or was that 16 oz's??? :texas: :texas: :texas: :lol:
