JACK DANIEL'S GLAZE
1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup minced green onions and tops
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Heat in microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
Jack Daniels Grill Glaze
2 heads garlic, roasted w. 2 Tbsp
Olive Oil
2 Medium onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 Tablespoons crushed pineapple
3-1/4 Cups dark brown sugar
1/4 Cup + 3 Tbs. Jack Daniels Whiskey
2-1/2 Cups pineapple juice
1/2 Cup teriyaki sauce
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
6 Tablespoons lemon juice
5 Teaspoons Cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon Red wine vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cut about 1/2 inch off garlic. Cut so the roots will sit flat. Remove the
papery skin from the garlic, leave enough so that the cloves will stay
together. Put garlic into small casserole dish, drizzle with oil and cover
(or wrap in foil). Bake in preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325
degrees.
Remove garlic & cool. Squeeze out garlic and mince.
Sauté onion in olive oil until caramelized. Add garlic and cook about 1
minute. Add crushed pineapple and cook another minute . Add brown sugar and stir until melted.
Combine Jack Daniel's, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, lemon
juice, both kinds of vinegars & cayenne pepper with onion/garlic mixture.
Stir occasionally until mixture boils then reduce heat until mixture is just simmering & cook for 1/2 hour.
Let mixture simmer until sauce has reduced by at least 1/2, until thick and
syrupy.
Hope you guys enjoy. You all have givin me so much already I figured Id share a bit as well. This is my favorite steak Glaze.

Re: Anyone say Jack Daniels?!
I'm going to make some of this up and use my JD wood chips.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

If this is anything like the JD glaze at TGI Fridays, this is money. I'd eat show leather with that stuff on it.
