Chik-Fil-A sauce

Postby sparetimetoys » Tue May 28, 2013 8:52 am

Does anyone have a mustard sauce thats close to the honey mustard smokey packets they have at C-F-A? This stuff is great and I want to try it on a ham Im going to smoke but dont want to look like an idiot and ask for a couple hundred packets so I have enough.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

Here's one from CopyCat. I haven't tried it yet. Let us know.

Copycat Chick-Fil-A Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well-blended. Refrigerate while preparing the chicken.
