I call it "Love/Hate". It's a bold starting sauce, then you get a bit of sweet, then the spicy starts dancing on your tongue. This is a great finishing sauce or sauce on the side. Gonna try it out on a cook tonight.

This one is win! The sauce held up very well after cooking! So, great to use on the pit, or to dip on the side!!

There are 4 sauces so far that I have managed to "keep". A couple of them are meant to be mopped on to the meat, and not as a finishing sauce, the others go great both ways. I drive my wife bonkers when I get into the kitchen and start throwing together sauces. I turn the kitchen into something that resembles the old lab from Mr. Wzard; She kinda rolls her eyes and chuckles.
