I smoked some baby backs last weekend and had finished them off with some raspberry chipotle Sweet Baby Rays
sauce. A little on the sweet side could have used a little more kick. What are some other unique
good off the shelf sauces you are using on ribs.

Re: pork rib sauces
When I can find it, Famous Dave's Apricot Bourbon makes a nice final glaze. My local supplier still carries all the other FamDav's sauces, but for some reason dropped the one I actually buy. I don't normally care for sweet at all, but this has bourbon, some heat and a just a taste of apricot (which I also do not eat) that somehow magically blend together and harmonize well. I also sneak a bit of it into my smokey baked beans....and it works very well in that dish.
