Jalapeño Honey Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs Dijon or pommery mustard
2 Tbs chopped cilantro
2 Tbs minced seeded jalapeño
2 Tbs chopped dill pickle
2 Tbs chopped green onion
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs honey

1 Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
2 This recipe yields ?? servings.
3 Comments: The mix of peppers and honey gives this tartar gentle heat that will please even the most cautious palates. (Of course, you can always add more jalapeños!)

Dang that sounds good. Can a person just eat it with a spoon? Cant wait to try it. In fact I got a bag of catfish fillets which needs cooking. Might be just the magic daubing elixer to which the warden and I have been seeking. Thanks. I might instruct her to cook them tomorrow. I will repoat back with her decision.
