Postby Hj » Sun Aug 15, 2010 11:50 am

2 T. sweet paprika
2 T. smoked paprika
1 T. ground black pepper
2 T. brown sugar firmly packed
2 tsp. salt
1 to 1½ tsp. cayenne pepper or more or less if U want
2 tsp. garlic granular
2 tsp. ground cumin more if U want

Like this on pork or ribs after rubbing in ñ covering meat anywhere
From 4 to 12 hours..
This is a simple basic rub but good tasting
A mistake is sometimes a great creation

Sounds like a good basic rub with sinus clearing qualities. Thanks for the recipes HJ.

Cheers
