Gator's Pork Rub
Or whatever it's called. Did a rack of loin backs (about 2 1/4 lbs) on Roma using the Pork Rub. Rubbed the rack the night before and covered in plastic wrap. Was a little worried when I went to put them on cooker as the rub had turned into a sticky film. I carefully placed them in a rib rack and let 'em go. Turned out perfect, competition grade if you will. Great flavor, rub did not overpower the meat put provided a very thin delectable crust. I might actually have to buy some of this stuff
