1/2 c. lime juice fresh
1/4 c. tequila
1 T. agave syrup sometimes called nectar
1 tsp. lime zest
1 ts. ground cumin
1 tsp.adobo sauce
1/2 T. freshly cracked pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a re-sealable gallon size plastic bag -combine well. Add chicken -shrimp-scallops-pork n marinade n do UR thing on grilling baking or frying

add little salt to UR taste..n adjust the heat. Last time making this
added roasted gr. chiles" BEFORE" the adobo sauce...cause that was my preference.. but of course had to make both for those who liked the adobo taste...
